"Terrible place to live, the owner has his son here who frequently gets the cops called on him and has women he’s cheated on making scenes on the property, the property manager is extremely unprofessional towards both tenants and workers besides the fact of her telling her personal love life and intimate business, if you refuse drinks with her she will move mountains to get you off of the property (she’s an alcoholic also). You’ll never see your security deposit regardless of how you leave the apartment, be prepared to write a 5 star review within minutes of signing the lease contract as pressured by said property manager. Maintenance is also unprofessional and does landlord specials instead of actual fixes for things in your apartment, they will have to “fix” it multiple times and even than it may still be broken, overall would look for something safer."
