"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

Dan came highly recommended by our structural engineer and his quote was very fair. He stopped by the house several times before construction began to talk over what we wanted and each time he had really creative insights about how to make the space really work for what we needed. Dan and his crew were both professional, knowledgeable, and really friendly. They consistently went above and beyond during construction. On top of doing the job they were hired for (addition and siding), they also updated the electricity in our kitchen, created a walk-in closet, and installed a new exterior door in our garage. When issues came up and we had to change our plans a bit, Dan came up with a creative solution and did not charge any more than the original quote. We will wholeheartedly recommend him to any of our family and friends who need work done!"
