Our back deck was originally built one story off the ground on sloping fill material and a previous owner added a roof structure to it after a bunch of settlement had already occurred. As a result, it was really wonky and challenging to fix. The footings were also shifting and at least one of the support posts was rotting. We hired Onn Point to level out the deck and replace the existing footings with new, deeper footings. They successfully decoupled the roof from the deck using temporary supports so they could level everything out. They also carefully dug the new footing holes all the way to bedrock by hand and drilled in rebar to ensure the new footings would not move. They knew the footing depth was important to me and showed me each completed excavation before they poured the concrete. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. "
