"I showed Dustin what I wanted done, he looked it over and gave me a rough estimate. He told me a time he would be here to get started but called in advance to let me know they were "tied up" (very nice of him to do that, instead of me guessing what happened). On the new date he gave me (only a couple of days later) they showed up, completed the excavation, built the forms and told me the concrete would be here the next day. Also, they followed the rough drawing, I gave them, very closely. The concrete arrived when they said it would, they completed the pour, did the finishing, actually removed the forms mere hours after the pour, sealed it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Excellent job, looks just as I had envisioned it. Only one complaint... they said they probably won't come back during the winter and shovel the snow off of it every morning. I'm well satisfied."

This was brought to my attention by my neighbor, I spoke to the Fadale team who quickly returned a phone call and put a plan into motion to correct my error. Thank you Fadale team and sorry neighbor! "It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal. We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date. My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one. It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy. We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough. However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door. I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace. As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17. I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke. I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me. The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind. "
