"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"I wanted a dedicated laundry folding table and Wrynn & Oak did not disappoint! The wall that I wanted my table installed on was made from concrete and was extremely uneven there was also a pipe running along the base of the floor so this was quite an obstacle I was worried about. Kam decided to install a wooden frame on the concrete wall and shim it to be plum and even, this way he was able to mount the entire table to the wall in order to avoid the pipe of the floor. I'm truly amazed at his craftsmanship and knowledge. The cabinet carcass was made from maple plywood (painted white), the face frame was made from solid walnut and the top was made from solid maple.
