"Work started incredibly late. Most work was done as agreed upon. Contractor provided a few incentives on the building for being behind schedule. However, there were several items that had to be reminded about. There were also several items that were not done, or done poorly. I had to call the contractor because of missing insulation and covering, and they never came out to repair as promised. My side yard where a trailer sat for weeks was damaged, and was not repaired. The contractor did have sub contractors."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

I'd just switched to an all electric HVAC system weeks before, and none of it was connected to the small electrical panel that my gas generator could power. We were facing no heat, in a blizzard, for three days. I called Connor who, despite the weather conditions, came out to the house that evening. He opened my generator panel and rewired it so it would get heat to my kids' rooms. Without asking, he then found a great price on a Generac whole house generator and passed the information along to me. Long story short, I hired Enchanted Mountain to purchase and install the generator. They did that and more. My family now has no worries when the next blizzard hits. The care, knowledge, and attention to detail that go into Enchanted Mountain work are unmatched. I've since hired them for everything from roof repairs to insulation and weatherization jobs. They can do it all, and you won't find a nicer, more helpful and caring crew anywhere in the region. Hire them once, and, like me, you'll plan to hire them for life."

"Initially, my tasks involved only replacing an ice-damage door and sill, plus replacing siding on an old, small addition.  When he came to do an estimate, Jake made some other suggestions for cosmetic repairs and gutter replacements, to which I agreed, and which understandably boosted the cost.  The original time estimate was 3 days.
After the old siding was removed, a problem with one wall of the foundation was apparent and required replacement, which interfered with the schedule and thus needed a new time to completion (an extra week) and extra cost.  I did not doubt the necessity for this.
Jake is easy to deal with and flexible with working around my schedule since I insist that I be here.

They solved the problem, but I can't say it was pleasant. They did what they did, but I wouldn't hire them again. He called me on a Wednesday, but he didn't make it out to the house until like Saturday. He just talked non-stop and he was kind of frustrating to work with. He fixed the problem in about two hours, but was not pleasant to work with. They did the job for no additional cost. There was some difficulty scheduling."
