They answered all my questions while they were working. The crew did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed and walked me through on what they did. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would use this company for future projects."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "1/31/2024 We had 7 feet of snow in the middle of the month here in West Seneca An unfortunate consequense of that was that the melting snow on the roof turned into VERY heavy icicles and when they came down, they took down the gutter system that Black Rock installed in 2021. I called Black Rock to see if it could be replaced and to have the roof examined. They got out here "same day" and replaced the gutter the very next day. "I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"They were hired to some work on my grandfather's chimney. While on the roof they knocked off several shingles. They denied that they caused the damage. They said they have proof and offered to send the photos but have yet to receive them. Now they are refusing to answer my calls. My uncle went on the roof to look at the damage and there work. The work on the chimney was very pore quality. We ended up having to hire someone else to fix the damage that they caused. I would not recommend using them ever."

"It's been years now and I'll never forget how wonderful the folks at Warm & Fuzzy were! Our ancient oil heating system was spitting out soot & had become so cost prohibitive that it was cheaper to simply run our electric space heaters all day. Even then, the cold in our little log home was so bad that we sent our godson to stay with his grandmother while we stayed holed up in our bedroom. The water heater was so bad that the shower would start to cool down after 3 minutes & be ice cold in 5. W & F not only helped us get the financing we needed, but since we teach, they agreed to start installing on our Christmas break so we'd be warm for the holiday! By then, my husband had come down with the flu & I was just starting to feel feverish & sick myself. They STILL came, despite my warnings! They had to reroute our duct work and everything, and I'm certain they let themselves out when they finished, since neither of us remember the moment they left! :-) I have no idea if they ended up catching what we had, but they checked back in with us to make sure we were okay, both physically and with the job they did on the system."
