He tested the surfaces and the air for mold. We were able to determine what type of mold it was, where it was located, the extent of the problem, the cause of the problem and a plan to remediate. He was highly professional and scientific. He was patient with us, available to answer our questions, and thorough in his report. We felt very much able to trust his advice, and now have a plan in terms of moving forward with what we will need the seller to do in order to properly remediate the problem. "Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"I have been so psyched to say amazing things about Rob and his crew and I was trying to find the right words to say it, so for awhile, I held out on writing any reviews. In short, 3 floors of my house flooded and left unaddressed for a week and a half since we are homeowners who don't know a thing about mold growth. We called a company that specializes in restoration who did a cursory review of the issue in my home, but it wasn't thorough enough. So I went back to searching. I randomly came across 914Mold through a totally random Facebook search instead of asking my neighbors or referring to online reviews. The gamble paid off. Rob showed up almost immediately after I gave him a call and immediately went to work, showing me that the flood we had endured the week before when a pipe burst needed to be dealt with *now.* For over a week, he and his crew came to my home and meticulously addressed everything, even spotting other random issues in my home that are worth addressing and giving advice on what to do on how to properly address the whole issue now that half of my house was gutted. When I had a contractor come and look at the work, he made a comment about how Rob's crew did a great job. And having workmen in your house for over a week can be annoying af, but Rob was actually a fun guy to be around. He has a great personality and is super pleasant to work with, he gives you your space, and takes care of *everything,* including moving furniture (and putting it all back!) and the removal of the little dumpster you will probably need if moldy pieces of your house are going to be tossed in the trash. In my case, we learned there was a hole in the floor, so he and his guys took care of that too (pictured). I never wanted to have a flood that damaged walls, floors, and insulation, but it made me meet the 914Mold guys so it was worth it. They are just great to work with. You can't go wrong with these dudes."
