I hired Oasis Indoor in February 2016 for a CO & CO2 inspection. I had a tenant complaining about high level in his room. Spencer, the owner of the company took care of me right away, explained me everything to know about CO, CO2 and air quality. He came the next day to do the test and provided a very good an thorough analysis. He talked to me about building codes, air quality requirements in New York and made suggestions to improve the situation. He tested all appliances and opening that could lead to such emissions. Oasis Indoor was one of the few companies proposing such a thorough air quality testing, especially for CO & CO2. Furthermore Oasis is very competitive in term of pricing on the market. The cheaper out of the 4 companies I contacted. Finally, dealing with the owner was a sign of quality to me as I was receiving an expert in my home and not a temporary worker. I definitely recommend them.

Spencer was great in person providing advice and guidance. He was also great at being balanced about his advice and not alarmist when there was mold and asbestos to be had. However, the big complaint I have is that the report write-up which is part of the service is taking forever to get. I've followed up with phone calls and emails and still no written report. My appointment was on May 20th, today it's July 1st and still no report. For this reason I went with another air quality inspector after asbestos removal.
