"Dealing with Osorio Irrigation was a great experience. Wil was very responsive to my initial inquiry and showed up exactly when he said he would for the estimate. He gave me a printed-out quote with informational materials in a folder before leaving my home that day which was quite impressive! He also made sure that all of my questions were answered. I then had some scheduling issues on my end, but Wil graciously accomodated them and was able to schedule the install on the date I requested. The installation of the system went very well and afterwards Wil walked me through the programming step by step and made sure I understood how to use the system. I had a couple of questions after they left the property and I had paid (the exact price quoted by Wil) and Wil got back to me IMMEDIATELY which I was very impressed by and, really says a lot about his character.
