Extremely helpful and quick service. Pleasure doing business with them.
"He and his team did the job well, in a timely fashion. They were easy to work with too. We recommend him for any Job with these services; sandblasting or dry ice blasting. The price was reasonable too; for the services rendered they were on par with their competition and looking at the end product better quality the others we saw. Well worth the price."
"Jason did an excellent job from the beginning. He responded promptly, gave an accurate estimate, researched what needed to be done, got the necessary supplies, and got the job done. He was very personable and explained what and how he planned to remove the poison ivy, going above and beyond to ensure it was all removed, roots included. I'd highly recommend him."
"Paul was great - he was over the next day to provide an estimate....and he worked nights and weekends to meet our aggressive timeline. Not only was the work excellent, but there were no messes and no materials in our way. The price was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company - we couldn't have been happier with the result. We plan to hire his team again to do the rest of the house and garage in the fall."
"Justin from Advanced Fire and Water Restoration was prompt, polite and did an outstanding job for a very reasonable rate. I would definately recommend this company's services to friends and family."
"The service was great, fantastic. He's polite, the finish product looks amazing, hard worker, on time, good craftmanship, good guy, honest didn't over charged me, family oriented, and considers the customer."
"I renewed my memership with Angie's List and looked for chimney repairers I needed one near Jamstown, Ny. I called Exteriors by Maria and talked to a Mr. Robert Russo he happened to be doing a chimney job that same day only a few miles from my house. He said, he could stop by after his job and look at the chimney it was the same thing as the job he was just on... Mr. Robert Russo fixed my chimney with fiberglass stucco the next day. It took him and his crew only four hours to put the fiberglass stucco on from top to bottom on my chimney.. He said when I get home from work the chimney will be done he delivered on his promise.... The cost was $1000 it was much better than having the chimney completely ripped up and replaced for probably $7000 and up. The fierglass stucco hardened after 48 hours and my chimney looks better than it ever did.... He had a booklet showing other jobs he had done from floor tiles, roofing, gutter drains, windows replacements his crew are the complete package for housing needs from the roof to the foundation.... I will call him for other household repairs down the road.... He works all over from Buffalo,NY,Ohio and Jamestown NY and other places... Thank you ....Mr.Robert Russo from Exteriors by MariaRepair chimney.... "
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.
Sandblasting refers to the process of cleaning a surface using compressed air and aggregate. Soda blasting is the gentlest type of this method, but it differs from sandblasting that uses mineral or other aggregate, since sodium bicarbonate breaks apart more easily than other forms of blast media and, therefore, cannot be reused.
Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.
Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.
Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.
