Robert made promises and kept them, was quick to respond to questions, got back to me when he said he would, and showed up when he said he would. Robert was very accommodating and interested in helping me with my project. My project was installing an exterior door that I attempted to install myself. I got the door in and working but that was about it. It didn t take long into my efforts to realize that I was in over my head. Robert s task would be to remove the door and jamb and fix my mistakes as well as perform custom carpentry inside and outside to complete the project.
