I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. "The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."

"He was prompt, courteous, and dependable. came when he said he would. He removed some poison ivy for me, and it appears he got root and all. I will know more thoroughly once some time has passed. I would highly recommend it. He told me to call him if I saw any more ivy growing. It did in a few spots, and so I proceeded to call him 2 times. I have not heard back from him. He does not answer his phone and his voice mail is full, so you cannot leave a message. I texted him twice with no response. That is not very good."

"Everything went great! John the owner was very responsive and informative. I had several quotes from contractors but John was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive but the attention to detail, the product that was delivered as well as communication was exactly what I wanted. Donnie who was the foreman on the job was also very nice to work with. Once the siding and roof was complete the crew did a complete clean up and it was like they were never here! Definitely highly recommend and would call them again."
