Included with the letter was a list of 50-60 references (names and phone numbers) in my and adjacent zipcodes for whom they had done work, and an invitation to contact as many of these people as I wanted. My project was small enough that Woodford required no money down, they expected no payment whatsoever until the contract has been fulfilled to my satisfaction. The project took a month to complete. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. I am an extremely satisfied customer and recommend Woodford without reservation. They are a premier organization, the kind of company and people you wish everyone was."

"We hired Areti to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom, as well as repair several other aspects of our home (replacing the foyer tile and swapping the closet flooring from carpet to hardwood, installing a new water pump system, resealing skylights, etc). When we initially researched Areti, we learned that it is a young business, but I would encouraged people not to worry about that because they know what they're doing and their work is good. Throughout the process they always emphasized they wanted to make everything exactly the way we wanted it so we would love it--and we do LOVE it! ALL of their employees were VERY friendly and approachable, so I was at ease having them in our home when we weren't there. They were also very prompt at getting back to us with any questions/concerns via phone, text, email, and app. They were always on time when we had an appointment face to face, and we especially appreciate how quickly they came out to fix our water pump when it failed (and this was not part of the original scope of work; but they tackled the extra work without a problem). The quality of their work seems good, however there were a few things that weren't done quite right the first time and that they had to re-do. They do warranty their work, so it didn't cost us more for those hiccups. And Josh and Isaac (who managed our project) seem very thorough in checking the work after its done. Josh also looked over our whole house, basement to roof, and made some suggestions for minor repairs we could do on our own to make our house more functional, safe, and beautiful. We would definitely hire them again for our future home projects. We are very, very pleased with all the work Areti did on our home."

"I can't say enough about how prompt, efficient and professional Eric, Adam and all of the team from Midstate Basement Authorities have been. When our basement flooded, I called Midstate and Eric and Adam were here the next day. I had a proposal in 2 days and they were here to do the work within a week of my signing the proposal. Following the installation of the basement system and sump, I discovered that the drainage line I had them hook the sump,outflow to was not adequate and called Eric. He was there the next day and worked out a solution that also solved my long standing problem with the water flow from our gutter downspouts. Other contractors have attempted to resolve the gutter downspout problem without success. Eric quickly designed a drainage system that will finally solve all of the drainage problems on our property.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
