That service lead to a quote for about $1800 more to repair the gutters. We had not dealt with the gutters since buying the house a few years prior, but that did seem a bit high. Still, because they were very thorough on their evaluation, we went forward with them. The work was performed, and a leak that was a problem fixed. We waited a long time to get on the Healey schedule, however, and I did wish that I had gone with a provider with more availability. There were many emails back and forth with me asking for a date, and being consistently put off. My real issue was the gentleman who came to repair the gutters. He was a bit, um, rough around the edges, and ended up insulting both my wife and my neighbor by the end of the arrangement. We will need to get the gutters sealed annually, and I won't be asking him back to my home for that service. Unfortunately, the business performed was less than stellar. We had our mechanic review the vehicle before purchase and he found a few problems, which we demanded that the repair happen before we would purchase the vehicle. They obliged and sent it out for repair. The down side began after delivery. We had made a trade with them and they agreed to cover the remaining payoff balance. Litehoue had paid it but a communication breakdown between their credit departments had resulted in delinquency notices coming to us. We contacted Litehouse and the GM told us he would cancel the check and and resend it. The calls continued for about another eek and our communications with the GM were less than fruitful. Finally we took our concerns to the President of the dealership he notified us of our bank cashing the check a few weeks back. Our issue came from the manager telling us he would look in to the issue and not even looking into it. Had he done it when we first approached him our frustrations would have been put to rest in the beginning. Another issue I had was the with the mechanics shop they had the SUV into before had made repair but not taking simple matters and doing the repairs properly. Last Month I discovered a problem with my brakes. upon inspection i had found extremely uneven pad wear. When i repaired the pads and rotors i discovered the problems stemmed from the lack of grease in the caliper bracket. If you are to do business I would strongly suggest that you have a mechanic review work if they perform it.

I’d like to introduce you to my philosophy: If I build it, I build it to last. I take great strides to ensure that I use the best quality materials I can find. I plan every project out to make the best use of the materials that I use, to avoid waste. I also do my best to buy all my materials locally. By spending my money locally, it helps our local economy. When you buy from me, that money stays local, and gets put right back into our local economy. These business practices save me money, and that savings gets passed on to you, my customer. Making sure my projects last for years also reduces the need to replace them every time you turn around, further reducing waste getting into landfills. I am a firm believer in “Going Green”, and protecting this amazing place we call home. Thanks for taking the time to check out my business information. If you have any questions, or would like any more information, please let me know.

FAQs for mailbox repair projects in Brocton, NY
Brick mailbox repairs cost about $625 on average, ranging from about $500 to $750, depending on the extent of damage, type of brick and mortar, time of year, location, and experience level of the mason doing repairs. Hire a masonry contractor to inspect the brick mailbox’s damage and recommend a repair plan. They can also provide a price estimate that’s specific to your type and size of mailbox.
Yes, it’s usually possible to repair damaged brick mailboxes. If the masonry is damaged, the brick can be cut out and replaced, or the mortar joints can be cut out and retucked. However, the new mortar will likely be different in color from the original mortar joints. In most cases, if the mailbox itself is damaged, it’s possible to cut it out and replace it. Consult a masonry contractor to determine whether it’s worth repairing your brick mailbox based on its value and amount of damage.
Typically, a brick mason will repair a brick mailbox. They can provide an estimate for repairs, which may include sourcing replacement brick, mortar, and other materials. If your brick mailbox has been completely destroyed, you should check with your local building code enforcement office to confirm that a brick mailbox is allowed in your location as some areas do not allow brick mailboxes because of the potential hazard for drivers who may hit them.
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their own mailboxes. Otherwise, a property manager is responsible for repairs and maintenance if the Post Office does not maintain it. If you own your home, you are responsible for maintaining the mailbox at the specified height, distance from the road, and functionality.
Mailbox repair can cost anywhere from $100 to $300, depending on the type of mailbox, materials involved, and labor cost. The estimated cost of repairs also depends on whether you need to replace the mailbox post, the post’s construction, and type of mailbox. If you have multiple mailboxes, the cost will increase compared to a single mailbox.
