I would absolutely call Mark again and recommend him to others. I called and left a message for Mark to schedule an appointment and estimate. He responded quickly and set up an appointment that week. We went over a fairly long list of plumbing needs and he was able to assess a low volume problem in the faucets as calcium build up. Replaced faucets and all is working well. The amount of work was spread out over three visits. Each time Mark was on time, professional and did exactly what he promised for a very reasonable price.

Mark responed to the request the same day. He repaired the leak preventing any damage. This is the third time Mark performed a repair. Highly recommended.

He is very good. He does good work. He is fair and honest. It is not costly. He won't do more than he has to. His idea is to provide a reasonable cost and he is very, very good at that. I liked his price point. He's honest and he does quality work. My negative is that he won't go the extra step. If I need something in two years, he will be back in two years to fix it. He might suggest something now so he wouldn't have to come back in two years but he is trying to save me money; that's the kind of clientele he works with. My mom is in her 80's and that was good for her but I might want to improve my quality of life by spending a little more. I will certainly use him again.

Since I live in a remote area, it is diffficult to find someone for professional service. Mark came 20+ miles to evaluate my problems, gave me an estimate, set a return date and returned on time, finished in a timely manner. Repaired furnace in much less time (an hour vs. 3-4 days). Also received good advice and a professional summation of on faucet problem which I have not been able to get previously...only attempts to sell me 'goods' that might or might not solve problem which is common living in country. Am extremely satisfied with all phases of his work and consideration. Will not hesitate to recommend him or call him again. Thank you so much Mark.

Mark arrived the same day i called. He replaced a trap under my sink and tightened a bolt on my hot water heater that was leaking. It took less than an hour! i was quite pleased with his timeliness and the work.

Everything was neat and tidy upon my return. He also liked my dogs which made the job easy for me since I didn't have to lock them away. Great job, nice guy. I will be calling him again.

excellent service ,response and price

Mark returned my phone call from his vacation in Florida! When he returned home, he called me to set up a service call. I always trust him in my home even when I am not home. Very nice and respectful guy. I always recommend him.

He is a busy person, but he takes the jobs most critical first and then other jobs. He puts emergencies first, and everyone understands because when it is your turn for an emergency he will be there. He is alway on time. He calls ahead of time to make sure your there and that everything is okay. His rate seem to be low. I haven't needed anyone else. The prices are alway less than I expect. You don't have to stand over him and make sure he is working. The final price is never higher than the quote. Even if he has more work than he saw originally. There was one time I had a leak in my bathroom sink. It turns out there was a pipe out of round and wasn't sealing right. He grab a pipe from his truck and replaced it and he only charge me for a regular service call.
