"I am sorry to have to post this review because Mike was terrific= he was knowledgeable, quick and professional in installing a new irrigation system for us. He even fixed a problem in the frost-free spigot that was plaguing us for two years! The problem is that when he was done, he gave me a 10 minute tutorial on how to work the system and said "don;'t hesitate to call me if you have any problems". After he left, I discovered that he hadn't finished the job- there was one bed still left without pipes. I also wasn't that clear about how to set the system. However, since he left that day there has been radio silence. I hope that nothing bad has happened to him because he doesnt seem like that kind of guy to do this, but now I have a system that is incomplete and I'm not sure how to use! "

"I had my front steps of my house done. The job was poorly done. When I asked if my steps were going to look like that when it was completed, I was told yes. He told me all my steps were different sizes. What he failed to say was he cut them wrong. So he lied to cover up the mistake.Because of the slabs being cut incorrectly he put pieces on the end of the slabs to fill in the gaps. It looks like a bad puzzle. Terrible job. Not professional at all. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money on this company. I do not recommend them at all."
