So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "I never expected to see much difference between the before an after since the design wasn't changed at all. I figured the porch and stairs would become stable and generally look better cared for. But WOW, I LOVE the front of my house now. LUIGI's suggestions were absolutely right. The stonework is meticulous, beautiful and enhances the exterior way beyond any expectations. The house is almost 80 years old and although the work is new it blends beautifully with the rest of the house while making it look better. In addition he oversaw all the work himself, arrived with his crew early ever day, finished ahead of schedule, and is one of the nicest guys you could meet.
