His quote was very competitive and he made great effort to assist us in choosing the materials and colors. He began the job on schedule and finished on schedule. Carlos is a perfect gentleman, and we made sure he and his crew had plenty of cold drinks and a cool place to retreat to from the summer heat. While he was doing the job, we had an extremely violent thunderstorm that produced winds recorded at over 80 mph. Nothing came loose whatsoever. Indeed, several of my neighbors suffered wind damage to their siding. I sent Carlos over to see what he could do. He and his crew repaired the senior citizen's siding and because we had a very rainy day, replaced the man's kitchen sink and installed a new toilet. No wasted days due to weather. Much to our surprise, Carlos stopped by a few days later and replaced a roof shingle on one of our bay windows. It wasn't his responsibility, but he made a point to make everything flawless.
