"I have elected to hire him on a probationary basis until such time as I see his work. Since we have received no snow since I contacted Home Advisor, it is impossible for me to evaluate his work. I am meeting with him on Monday and if everything is mutually satisfactory for both of us regarding the timing and cost of his services, as well as receiving his acceptance of the work standards I require, I will conditionally hire him.
