"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It was 17 degrees outside. I had called other heating companies in the area and was met with "We can't be there for a week or even 2 weeks". Empire State Heating & Air was here within a few hours. The technician (Steve) Was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He had to hunt down a part that was not readily available due to the model of my furnace, and went the extra mile to do so. Once the part was located, it was installed and all was warm again within an hour. I highly recommend this company for fast, friendly and efficient service. I plan on using Empire State Heating & Air for all my future heating problems. Kudos to Steve. Awesome job!!"
