"Dear [member name removed], You purchased brand new furniture from a company that sold you two faulty pieces of furniture. I actually came to your home to help put your furniture together after we repaired and replaced your broken furniture. I am not sure if you understand that we do not work for the furniture company that sold you your furniture. We did have to wait for the materials to come in including another whole new corner piece of furniture from the Manufacturer. Your husband was very gracious to us when we arrived to deliver and re-set up your furniture. Thank-you,"
