"I had posted a review several months ago that was extremely negative and can’t see how to update it or delete it. In the weeks following the service on my dryer vent and vent replacement, the company called and came back out and corrected the issue. The manager was out of them when this occurred and once he returned and made sure to make this right. The manager was extremely upset by how this was handled and has made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Even thought the repair and vent were not done correctly the first time, the reaction to my issue from this company could not have been better. I would recommend then and use them in the future!"
