Mojave Air Conditioning

I had posted a review several months ago that was extremely negative and can’t see how to update it or delete it. In the weeks following the service on my dryer vent and vent replacement, the company called and came back out and corrected the issue. The manager was out of them when this occurred and once he returned and made sure to make this right. The manager was extremely upset by how this was handled and has made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Even thought the repair and vent were not done correctly the first time, the reaction to my issue from this company could not have been better. I would recommend then and use them in the future!

HORRIBLE! After only 3 months, the vent came off the back of the dryer. We paid $50 for them to replace the old one. When I called, I was told it they only have a 30 day warranty. I guess they realized what bad work they do, so they figure not much could go wrong in 30 days. The vent was not installed with wire to keep in place the back of the dryer only on the part that is vented out of the wall to the outside. They wanted to charge me an additional $89 to come back out. I was appalled and would NEVER EVER USE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY AGAIN THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE!

It was perfect. I received an estimate and a clear description of what was to be done. Corey, the technician, arrived early, after calling to confirm it was ok. He cleaned all the ducts and even took a picture when he was on the roof cleaning the dryer vent showing the accumulation of lint. I'll definitely get my dryer vent cleaned more often.

Great! The technician was prompt and friendly. I’m thinking about having him come back for the house duct cleaning. The company also gives a military discount.

Scheduling was speedy fast, service was great, price was reasonable.

Very poorly. I will never hire again and I recommend other not to do so as well. They do not do what they stated they would do.

Very well except that the technician didn't cover his shoes and I had to clean some floors.

They came to my aid asap and did the work within a short time. They fixed the problem! They were neat with their work.

What was good about them is I went out there with him and he showed me where the wires were rotted off so we had those replaced and everything else checked out fine.

The inspection went very well. The technician identified several items that should receive preventative maintenance on both the outside condenser and attic blower. However, the home warranty covering my house of course doesn't cover things until they fully break so I decided to forgo the repairs.

Very efficient and knowledgeable, reviewed all the work with me as he was performing the service and made recommendations. We were able fix a problem I was having and it was all done quickly. Cecil was the technician, and I would use him again.

They were very good. They were very reasonable.

Two guys showed up and worked for 6 or 7 hours to install the unit. It looks great and works well.

They provided prompt and courtesy service. I would highly recommend them.

The tech set up a vacuum in the living room, and cleaned the ducts. He also cleaned the fan ducts in both bathrooms.

I looked up the price of the parts on the Internet and found that the capacitor probably cost $30 and the thermostat cost $40. I guess the labor, about 5 minutes for the capacitor and 10 minutes for the thermostat was about $360. The thermostat wasn't even in a box, it was just wrapped in plastic. I can't afford to have them back. 

They did an excellent job. Absolutely Perfect. Sean (the tech) called me before they came out so they could meet me there. I called them this morning and they gave me an appointment for today. Sean came and did such a good job and had it fixed in about 30 minutes.

I was very impressed with this company. Not only was the Technician Joe ten minutes early but he also called me when he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing and why. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a trustworthy A/C and heating company.

We are long distant owners of a home in Las Vegas and are often at the mercy of providers.  In December 2014,(Very Cold) our very good tenants lost heat. They suffered through 3 weeks without heat while our service company sent a series of people that were unable to do anything, (except charge us).   In desperation, we called our realtor, Amy Camasso. She suggested Josh Carpenter. We called him and he went out that same afternoon.  He called us and gave us the the entire  breakdown of what exactly was wrong with the system, and the cost of fixing it correctly or replacing it. We knew it was an old system, so we choose to replace. Rouh;y $4,000)
Josh knew how long the tenants had been without heat. He had the new one installed and running in less than 24 hours.
Yesterday I got a phone call from my tenant saying water was leaking from the ceiling and he thought it was from the A/C, so he shut the A/C down.  I knew it was 109 degrees out there already, and probably going higher.  I called Josh Carpenter at Arctic Air. I told him the situation and that I was desperate to get air for my tenant who has a young gransond living with him. Josh went there immediatly. 
Two hours later Josh called me to tell me that a drain line from the AC had been moved  (I'm sure it was by the roofer we had there a few weeks earlier).
Josh reatached and secured the line and only charged me $109.
I made no secret of how desperat I was to get WHATEVER the problem was rectified. He could have told me antyhing and charged me anything, and I would have been thrilled to get it fixed so quickly.
Josh Carpenter is positively a 'go to guy.'  Not only competent, but also obviously ethical.
