"The preparation work was done properly. Overall, the concrete work was very good, but a few spots could have had a better finish (concrete retaining wall surface was not completely textured). The pads had to be perfectly level and not sloped for structures, and this was done correctly. The only concern is the less than consistent communications with the project coordinator. It took several calls to their office manager to get the project leader to either contact me or set up the workers for my site. There was also a delay from finishing the prep work and the start of pouring because another job had priority over mine. The job took longer than planned, and the crew had to work late into one evening to finish the installation. Clean up was performed the next day. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, and the price was reasonable."

He came out promptly and indicated that there were three panels of fencing that were solid and did not need to be replaced - gave me pricing to replace the 7 sections that were in need of replacement. Once the contract was signed, he and his helper removed the old fence and set new metal posts. The following day he installed the new redwood fencing which looks great. They did a great job of clean-up, were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"We saw Pete's work in a friends backyard and got his number..........they sang his praises and that was enough for us. He worked on the yard steadily for several weeks. Stripping the sod, laying out the plans and each bush, tree, plant was purchased with the animals in mind. He was there in the dead of winter when it was 18 degrees working. Our yard is exactly what we had hoped for thanks to him. We felt his price was very fair and certainly lower then some other estimates we had."
