They did an excellent job with all work; the building being remodeled is from 1914, and they were able to do a great job of blending contemporary materials in a way that matches the very old building. "Andres and his team enclosed the area under my balcony to make a screened porch, including laying pavers, building pony walls, and hanging two screen doors. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted and completed the work quickly and professionally. They cleaned up the worksite before leaving each day. Genesis in the office was fantastic with communication. The new porch has already withstood a hail storm and high winds, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work.
