"Cocona Concrete was excellent. I needed to replace the entire driveway, apron and sidewalk-- and wanted to do it quickly before the winter cold arrives. Cocona did an excellent job. Communication was excellent, they were extremely prompt -- on-time for every appointment, and did great work. They also came up with good solutions for one problematic area, which none of the other vendors that i receive quotes from provided. Pricing was very fair and reasonable, and no surprises. Overall, they were great and I would use them again anytime!!"

They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family."

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.

Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

PT'S bid was about half the price of the other two contractors. I was a little skeptical but selected PT and I am very happy that I did. PT completed the project in only four days. One contractor told me it would take two weeks. I was also extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and materials. Both were top notch. I was also impressed with the punctuality and courtesy of the workers. I always felt comfortable having them in my house. Overall I am very happy with PT'S work and would recommend them for other remodeling projects, particularly for anyone on a tight budget as I was."
