They went out of their way to make sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and tried to accommodate every request during the process. "Rick's weekend rate was half the price of some Santa Fe plumbers' weekday rates, and he did a great job. I particularly liked that how carefully he kept track of a multi-step disassembly procedure on our washer, so that reassembling it went just as smoothly. Turned out the bellows/rubber gasket was not damaged, so he was able to rehook the spring that had been jarred loose by an overload, and refit the bellows, and we can return the part we bought. Definitely will use him for other appliance and general handyman needs!"
