"Fresh Start did a wonderful job of moving us! They responded to my inquiry within one day, gave me a firm quote within a few hours, and scheduled themselves to load the day after Christmas. They were polite, professional, and obviously VERY experienced at their job. They showed up about 15 minutes early. In spite of a snowstorm, they loaded us up within about 4 hours (including loading an electric car onto a hauling dolly). Driving through a storm-storm that dumped 3-12" across northern NM and AZ, they arrived the next day with everything safe and sound. I've moved at least a dozen times and have never had such great turn-key service!"

I particularly liked that how carefully he kept track of a multi-step disassembly procedure on our washer, so that reassembling it went just as smoothly. Turned out the bellows/rubber gasket was not damaged, so he was able to rehook the spring that had been jarred loose by an overload, and refit the bellows, and we can return the part we bought. Definitely will use him for other appliance and general handyman needs!"

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
