They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and tried to accommodate every request during the process. They were punctual, full of integrity and very responsive. Johnathan is a very capable mover and coordinator--he demonstrates very good judgment and has a strong work ethic. "Rick's weekend rate was half the price of some Santa Fe plumbers' weekday rates, and he did a great job. I particularly liked that how carefully he kept track of a multi-step disassembly procedure on our washer, so that reassembling it went just as smoothly. Turned out the bellows/rubber gasket was not damaged, so he was able to rehook the spring that had been jarred loose by an overload, and refit the bellows, and we can return the part we bought. Definitely will use him for other appliance and general handyman needs!"
