Explained these thoroughly and corrected them at the time (which involved one worker going back to Gallup to get additional materials). Left my home clean and heater working much more efficiently. "The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."

"So far it's been good. Everything works fine. The company has been great about contacting me. The equipment and the people are much nicer to deal with than other security providers. I got more equipment and better service for a much lesser cost. 

It was a do it yourself setup. They sent a package with really good instructions. I knew roughly how to install it since I have had another service before. 

I would highly recommend it. It is cellular so it doesn't go into your home WiFi. There is a direct line to my cell phone, so if it goes down, they know about it. You want to have a good, responsive system. They are very good at responding. They extended my guarantee from 30 days to 60 days to see if I will like the service. They also sent me three motion detectors too. 

The one thing I do like is that they have a sensor that you can put on the garage door. If the door goes up a foot, the sensor will go off. 

They told me I would be receiving the gift card shortly. I still have not received it.
