Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. Seems that the previous HVAC coapny that maintained my Trane full house HVAC system failed to connect the intake ducts--- After 18 yrs of this problem - - it ois such a relief that ANCAEABQ was able to fix this!
