"Juan was 100% professional beginning with our initial phone call. After getting the run around from other providers Juan made time out of his busy schedule to meet up that same day for a complimentary consultation. I had talked to a couple other businesses leading up to this and none were going to be able to provide the service I was wanting. I needed a new television wall mounted with all in wall concealed cables as well as existing wall outlets concealed/removed, and a new outlet installed directly behind the television for a modern clutter free clean look. The job was going to require a significant amount of electrical work, cutting into dry wall, patching drywall, and then repainting entire wall in matching paint color. we agreed upon a price which was less than I had been quoted from others and for work that would have left me needing to hire separate contractors for drywall and painting. Communication was great and he was timely and ready to work each day we met. At the end of each day he spent time cleaning leaving my home in the same condition it was in when he arrived. I felt confident throughout the entire process which ended up turning out even better than I had imagined. "I was looking for someone to handle blueprints and engineering for a home in the Florida Keys. Having built homes before, I’m familiar with the process and already had some sketches with a few changes I wanted to make. "Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."
