The quality of the work was good in the end. James was having some staffing issues that drove delays and return visits to fix issues, but he never balked at doing the job right. "First the company rep called to advise he would be here as scheduled. Max, arrived and listened intently to what I needed to have done as far as landscape & plants. In conversation I was telling Max, after he finishes I was going to add another irrigation line and French Drain. He offered to submit a bid to do the landscape, plants and do my labor of adding the irrigation line and French Drain. Max, requested an opportunity to send his plant expert to view the project. The next day Pablo, came in to offer his 25 plus years experience & knowledge. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable, likeable and gave me convenience in mind to hire them even before I reviewed their bid proposal. May I add the work crew that came out on the job was a pleasure to have doing the work at my residence. The suggestions Pablo, made sure added real beauty to our landscape. "It was okay. They were kind of messy. I had to do a lot of cleaning up after them. They were doing a lot of patching so they did a good job matching the existing texture and so on. I think there were 2 guys who came and they got to work and did the work."

"We hired Art's when our original landscaper ran into problems and could not do the job. Art's was able to start the job in just a week or so, while others were stating it would be 3 months. We were VERY happy with the work. Though there were some delays, the quality of the work was first-class. Importantly, the workers themselves were diligent and willing to make changes and do any extra we requested. Art himself visited the job site almost every day to make sure all was going as expected. In addition to landscaping, we had a putting green installed. This was truly a "PGA quality" putting green, far better than your typical box store purchase.
