"Aside from the delay in making an appointment, everything went smoothly.  He arrived exactly on time and cleaned up afterwards. One edge of the drywall did  not hit the stud so he worked with  a leftover piece of wood  I had  to fix that problem.  All other materials were provided by them.  The gap on the adjoining wall (between the wall and the garage door) was also covered.  Overall I was very pleased with the work.

"Outstanding!!! Words cannot describe how pleased I am with Fresh Start Moving Company. From the first moment I talked to them on the phone until the hand shake after the work was completed, they were professional and amazing throughout. They took care of my furniture and belongings as if it was their own. They were on time and worked efficiently while handling each piece of furniture, boxes, pictures, and fragile items with care. They eased my mind. Moving from a large two story home and down sizing, the job they performed relieved me of all the stress. I highly recommend Fresh Start Moving Company."

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Garage door insulation can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years depending on the type of insulation. Cellulose has the shortest lifespan coming in at between 20 and 30 years, while spray foam, mineral wool, and fiberglass can last between 80 and 100 years with proper maintenance.

Humidity plays a role in how long more susceptible insulation materials—like fiberglass—last. Once fiberglass batts reach the 15-year mark, you'll need to routinely inspect your insulation to ensure that it is in mint order.

It’s better to build a garage than buy and install a prefabricated one. You can save money by purchasing a prefabricated metal garage kit for between $4,000 and $11,000. However, this does not include the price of labor and permits, which can account for more than half of the project cost. Building a new garage over buying a prefab garage will add more value to your home and will last longer, so it’s more cost-effective over time to build a new garage.

It is possible for a car to interfere with a garage door opener, but the interference will most likely be caused by any onboard electronics in this scenario. If you encounter this problem, try parking a safe distance away from the garage door and turn off the car’s electronic equipment.

You can expect your seal to last anywhere from 1 to 5 years. Several factors affect this—material, frequency of use, and the weather. For example, seals made from high-quality rubber are built to withstand the elements and can go the distance with a little TLC. If your door sees a lot of action or faces extreme heat or cold, the seal could wear out more quickly. Regular maintenance—like cleaning and lubrication—can make your seal last longer. And while it’s rare, a professionally installed seal on a smooth floor can potentially last up to 10 years.
