They had to move heavy furniture for the job and they had to install wood transitions from the existing floor to the new flooring. The floor now has a solid foundation with the plywood subfloor and it is extreemely even and beautiful. Allstar flooring also hauled away the old tile and other refuse from the installation. "Their outside work is wonderful. Yard, patios, fences, things like that are great. We did have them do some flooring on the inside and we're not very happy with this. He's a wonderful person but we had to clean on a lot of things that were wrong with it that we feel he should have cut, like some of the doorjambs weren't even. The top would be like a quarter inch to a half an inch lower than the bottom or higher than the bottom. He should have had more attention to detail but we had to point it out to him and asked him to fix.
It's only been since May and already, a part of the molding is coming out and now it looks uneven. It just doesn't look like it was a quality job on the inside. He's done our yard beautifully. I've no qualms using him outside at all but the flooring is not up to par. He didn't order some of the things that needed to be ordered. He forgot so he asked me to run down to Home Depot to order them."
