A bathroom water leak, 7 years ago, in a bathroom exterior wall created the unknown mold issue in the adjacent interior wall. The interior of the exterior wall was opened up by the builder of my home. The insulation was removed, water leak was repaired, wall cavity dried, re-insulated and the wall was repaired. In September 2020, I began a remodel of the same bathroom and discovered mold in the adjacent interior wall. After receiving two quotes, one firm in Albuquerque for $6.2K and one in Las Cruces for $600.00 I knew that something wasn't right. I searched Home Advisor and found Gary.
