"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "Peak Refrigeration is a new company, although the owner, Brent Williams, has been in HVAC since 1991. He was recommended by our electrician. He previously installed systems for Super WalMarts all over the country, now does residential. He REALLY knows what he is doing, is smart, friendly and very professional. He removed our old, small ductwork and replaced it with modern, larger insulated ducts, added new registers, replaced the old furnace with a new efficient one, installed a new air conditioning system (we never had one before), a steam humidifier attached to the furnace and a high tech air filter. All at a very reasonable price. You will not go wrong hiring him!"

"He found the problem right away but didn't have the parts and would have had to order them but suggested we call San Juan Mobile Home Supply. They had the parts in stock, so I ran and got the parts. He waited for me then installed the parts. It was a good thing because that weekend was very cold."
