After some research online they determined that a replacement part was no longer available anywhere for the 8 year old machine. I told them that I wanted to repair it since I also had a matching blue front loading washer. He then gave me the name of a company that repairs electronic parts like that. I sent them the faulty control board which they repaired and returned to me approximately 10 days later. The cost of the repair was $150 plus shipping. The dryer is now working like new!"
