He tested every appliance, checked level of floors, checked fireplace, tiles on floors, inspected heating system, windows, doors, looked at roof, yard, foundation, and had some great suggestions on repairs and improvements. "Mike Schwepe came to my sister's home because he did not have a contact # to contact me, for that I apologize. He was so friendly and we visited for a bit. We live out of state and will contact him in the future if we need him, he seems very competent and my sister's neighbors know him. I completed the project myself since I wasn't sure I would get a prompt response. He went above and beyond by coming by and visiting with us. Thank you for having him in your system, will definitely use him in the future if I'm unable to come myself."
