Small jobs welcome

Hello all! \n\nMy name is Kayla! I am the owner of Mama Lee's Cleaning Company! I am a wife and mother, so I am used to messy houses that need a little facelift. I am a Junior High Teacher, so I am available most Fridays during the School year and most of the summer. \n\nIf you want a cleaner, fresh-smelling home when you return, or you are an overwhelmed mama who just needs a one-time clean to feel like you can tackle the world, I am your girl!!! When I am in your home, I will treat it like my own. I also love helping elderly citizens with their homes!\n\n*Disclaimer - Mama Lee's Cleaning Company does not specialize in hoarder houses. We will not consider providing services to a hoarder home unless we have clear communication and photos. Hoarder homes will have additional service charges for safety concerns and required supplies. We have the right to refuse services to anyone.*\n

"Three ladies came to my home and cleaned every single surface, doors, frames, baseboards, floors, the kitchen and bath in 6 1/2 hours total. They did an excellent job and got a few tough areas I had not been able to get completely clean. I clean very well, but didn't want to spend the time to do the whole house at this time. Usually cleaning services do not clean as well as I do, but E & E did a better job than I do myself. It was a bit pricey, but they did such an incredible job I cannot really complain about the cost."

"Outstanding!!! Words cannot describe how pleased I am with Fresh Start Moving Company. From the first moment I talked to them on the phone until the hand shake after the work was completed, they were professional and amazing throughout. They took care of my furniture and belongings as if it was their own. They were on time and worked efficiently while handling each piece of furniture, boxes, pictures, and fragile items with care. They eased my mind. Moving from a large two story home and down sizing, the job they performed relieved me of all the stress. I highly recommend Fresh Start Moving Company."

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

The average cost to install a new garage door is around $1,224, with most homeowners paying between $755 and $1,696. However, the total price can range from $250 to as high as $4,500 depending on several factors. Key cost drivers include the door's size, type, style, and material. For instance, wood or wood composite doors are typically more expensive than vinyl or aluminum options. Insulation also affects the price. Labor costs are often bundled into the total price, but if billed separately, can range from $200 to $500. Due to the complexity and danger, professional installation is recommended.

Regular checks of structural elements, weatherproofing, and energy systems.

Insulating a detached garage won't reduce your home's heating or cooling bills—and insulating an attached garage will only have a small effect on your home's energy efficiency. However, insulating an attached garage can reduce the transfer of heating and cooling to and from the outdoors, which can reduce the amount of energy your home needs to stay comfortable. Also, having an insulated garage is just more pleasant. Balance the cost of insulating your garage with how you'll use the space to determine if the project is worth it.

If your cement garage floor is sinking and cracking, your first step should be to call a local structural engineer to assess the problem. They can determine if it’s a minor amount of sinking related to normal settlement or if the issue is structural in nature. If you do have structural damage, the engineer or a foundation repair company that you hire will come up with a plan to fix the issue, which often consists of mudjacking for less severe issues or underpinning for more extensive problems.

The amount of paint needed to cover a two-car garage floor depends on the surface area and the product's coverage rate. On average, a standard two-car garage floor measures 400 to 500 square feet. Coverage ranges from 100 to 200 square feet per gallon for epoxy paint, depending on the product and application method. After some quick math, you may need 2 to 5 gallons of epoxy paint with two coats to cover a two-car garage floor.
