"They did an excellent job of detailing the car. I would have preferred a phone call confirming my appointment so I could ask questions. I also wonder when they begin their mobile service (coming to your house to do the detailing). We took our car to their location and returned about 3+ hours later to pick it up.

"If I could, I would give Sean an A++ for his professionalism and courtesy. Throughout the process, he told us what to expect and when to he would be on site working.
