Lee's Plumbing and Drain Service

Had no idea my pipes were frozen, had water to the other fixtures, just not cold water to the shower. He showed me where the problem was and why I had a problem. Very professional, left the area very clean. He was even able to fix a problem I knew I had the same day. I would highly recommend Lee for any plumbing problems. I called him and he was at my home within thirty minutes.

He's fantastic, his service is unbelievable, his is efficient, cleans up after himself. He is such a hard worker and very polite.

2 hours and was at my house in less than 15 minutes.  He started snaking the line and after 4 hours of continuous snaking, water would still not drain out of the pipe.  His snake is 90' in length and eventhough he was well past the clog into the mainline, water would not pass through the clogged area.  We surmised that the old cast pipe was filled with soap sludge and decided to replace the 40' run of 2" cast iron pipe with PVC pipe.  He quoted me a decent ballpark estimate which I immediately approved.  The next day, Lee was right on time and came with all the fittings and pipe the job required.  After snapping the old pipe, we found that only a fraction of the pipe was open while the rest hopelessly clogged with a black rock-like coating.  Lee was right on with his 4 hour time estimate and even reduced his overall labor amount as I was under the house helping where I could and fetching stuff he needed.  The kitchen drain now works flawlessly and does not back up like it has for the past 10 years.  I'm very pleased and was especially pleased at his bill which was more than fair.  I tried to give him a $50 tip but he wouldn't take it.  So, I talked him into taking a surplus TV and DVD player that I had in my workshop as a token of my gratitude.  Lee does top notch work and will stick with the job tenaciously until the job is completed.  He even cleans up after himself and is very polite.
