Found this company because they helped save an elderly family member from potentially being taken advantage of. Saved them a lot of money, and that kind of thing means a lot. So when I needed to have my system looked at, I had Roc come out. He took a look at things and gave me the options. My system was 20+ years old and very low on the old refrigerant. He recommended replacing it. There was no pushy sales pitch, which I really appreciated. He just laid out the facts and options I had to work with. I had him send me over quotes for replacement and he even recommended I get a couple other quotes just to see. I got some other quotes but chose ASAP. Their price seemed fair but integrity is the biggest selling point to me. I did research and had tons of questions, Roc took the time to answer them and explain things in a way that a few hours of internet research canâ t. There was an issue with the sizing of the new unit fitting into the small closet where my furnace is, so they had to do some creative problem solving. During the install they went above and beyond and solved another problem for me that would have cost me more time and money to have fixed. It wasnâ t something they had to do but did anyway while they were installing the unit. The install went well and in a few hours, I had AC back in the house. The entire team was great and took time to explain things and answer all my questions. Very happy with their work and wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them.

It was time for a new A/C unit. A friend recommended ASAP Comfort Specialists. Ron came by and gave us a couple of options and estimates. His prices were fair so we contracted with him. We decided to go with a whole new systems, gas furnace and A/C. Ron quickly installed the system with his son, took them less than 1/2 a day. Friendly and efficient! Included 3 years maintenance with the contract. Highly recommend this company. Like that they are a small, local company.

Roc is absolutely amazing! Came out day after issue started to diagnose the problem. Very clearly explained all the options available. Quickly was able to get us booked for new AC unit. I've work3d with them before, never anything but professional and informative. I highly recommend them!!

This business is run by two partners, both of whom I have met. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and the industry at large. They are honest and trustworthy and provide good value for the money spent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new HVAC system or a repair. They made me a customer for life with their approach and technical skills.

I was impressed by how ASAP handled this experience from start to finish. They were competitively priced, visited the site to determine installation requirements up front, were very professional and timely. I will use ASAP for my future HVAC maintenance needs.

Received four bids from contractors recommended by Home Advisor covering four different brands for two replacement systems. I chose American Std from ASAP. Two major reasons for choosing ASAP was their knowledge of the industry and their ease of doing business. Most of the others offered trade-ins or rebates that complicated the purchase. ASAP was straightforward, no rebates, and still was considerably less expensive then two of the others. For terms, most of the firms asked for 50% down. ASAP didn't require that and when Roc said: "Pay me when we're done and you're happy with it", he closed the deal right then. They were very courteous and professional, cleaned up everything (even fixed several holes caused by pack rats) and gave me a "tour" of the installation to make sure that I was satisfied before leaving. I'd highly recommend!

ASAP Comfort Specialists are exceptional - honest, knowledgeable, and professional. The HVAC system they installed is much higher quality than what was put into place by the builder (D. R. Horton, Inc.). I wish I had found them a few years ago, rather than wasting a few thousand dollars with three other companies (that are now out of business).

Ron explained all the new installation ac/heater options (Mini splits, gas split and self contained) He was very thorough and easy to work with. We are very pleased with his knowledge and the work done.

Very detail oriented, took the time to do the research on multiple units and worked with the roofing company for the perfect installation! Would definitely hire them again!

We got 4 bids for furnace/ AC replacement. Ron was the only one who did not try to oversell us. His bid was considerably below all the others. He and his partner came back within the week and installed our new equipment. It works great! They were awesome to work with and included a 2 yr maintenance agreement. Excellent experience:)

Was quoted a price by a couple competitors. I then called a relative that does the same work. He quoted a reasonable price ant then talked to ASAP. H came out and gave a better price overall. They responded for install the following Tuesday. work completed within four hours.
