I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings.
