D'Sapone was founded business in 2009. We are growing at a fast pace now with the upmost organization to make sure every franchise runs smooth. Now we are in 4 states and are looking for more locations.

"Deeply disappointing experience. We hired D’Sapone based on Internet reviews. We only later realized that these were fake - the same fake accounts that reviewed D’Sapone in New York wrote fake reviews of their work in other cities. When someone introduces themselves with a lie, they’re telling you who they are. D’Sapone arrived on time and presented professionally. They were pleasant to deal with, until we realized that they had done a terrible job. D’Dapone took a beautiful (albeit aged) marble countertop and ruined it. They accentuated unnoticeable scratches and imperfections. Long after they arrived, we found deep gouges in freshly painted walls in exactly and only the areas where D’Sapone had worked. D’Sapone’s restoration work on our marble floor was so superficial that it caused another more experienced stone contractor to laugh out loud. I don't know if I would call it a ripoff or a scam, but it is clear they only did superficial work. We just finished a top to bottom renovation of a classic Brooklyn loft. We worked with an army of contractors, and while they weren’t all perfect, all except D’Sapone took responsibility for their work. With two D'Sapone contractors standing in our family home, we kept our commitment to pay them in cash at the end of the day based on D'Sapone's promise that they would come back (at our expense!) to fix the work they had done. We never saw them again. I’m writing with the hope you won’t see D’Sapone either, and will learn from our mistake in hiring D'Sapone and instead find an honest, local, reputable contractor who doesn’t build their business with fake reviews, upselling, and a rented P.O. box. Don't be fooled by the embroidered polo shirts. Whenever a home renovation contractor, in their own words, offers "franchise" opportunities to people with no experience and claims they can be qualified to do expensive and highly-specialized work in your home with a few days training, keep looking. Swimming Pool Spa Retail Service

"The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. We called to have our pool opened and cleaned swim ready. After speaking with owner who just happen to pick up the phone when I called, we made the appointment. Carter came to take off the cover and get the filter set up. First, they went to the wrong house and opened my neighbor’s pool. I should have known then that this was going to be a nightmare. After a few days I didn’t see anyone else come to vacuum and clean the bottom, so I called again. The first women I spoke with told me I was only down for an opening. I explained the situation and she looked it up and said that strange because the last person I spoke with was the owner. If that was my business, I would be concerned that my staff is even telling customers that, how embarrassing. Then we made the appointment AGAIN, to have them come out and clean. Alex who came out was great. They brought their own equipment and the pool looked great. The chemicals needed some time to clear up the water but overall looked good. After a few days we asked for another vacuum as there was still some dirt on the bottom, which is normal after you open a pool. Well, this is where is really gets good. Deena, who came out scooped a handful of leaves out of the bottom and dumped some chemicals into the pool. She was here for a total of 20 minutes. I was charged an additional $139 for a vacuum. She didn’t even use the vacuum. In addition, she broke my garden lights, left chemical residue on my driveway that did not completely wash off and I watched her pull up and out of my drive going very fast. I received the bill in the mail days later and saw I was charged for the two vacuums. I think it strange that as a company completing services at people homes that they don’t come to the door and asked for a receipt or something to be signed. So, I called to asked why I was being charged so much for someone to scoop a handful of leaves. I don’t know her name, but she was very rude. In a condescending rude tone, she asked me how I know it was a handful of leaves and I said I was home and watched what she did as I was home. She then told me that she probably charged me for a vacuum because if it was just some leaves then it would have been a service call which is even more money. The fact that this was the logic was what really bothered me the most. I have no problem paying for the services I received and the chemical. But its not right to charge someone for services not completed in addition to breaking someone’s personal property. I typically don’t write review; I just wont use them again but I think people should be aware so this doesn’t happen to them. Make sure you check your property after they leave, even where they park!"

Pool and spa services FAQs

You should have your spa or hot tub inspected and serviced yearly to prevent more costly repairs. Regular hot tub maintenance can save money and help keep you safe from hazards such as faulty wiring. Call a professional hot tub repair specialist, who will know what common issues to look for and have the parts and tools on hand to fix them immediately.

The cost to repair a hot tub or spa ranges from about $170 to $550, depending on the repairs needed. Some of the most common hot tub repairs include leaks, clogged filters, and tripped GFCI breakers. If it’s an electrical problem, you should contact a professional hot tub repair service. Don’t DIY electrical repairs on a hot tub, as poorly repaired wiring can make the hot tub a serious electrocution hazard.

Pool repair costs vary depending on the type of pool. Repairing an inground pool ranges from $350 to $2,700, depending on the extent of the repairs needed. Repairs to an above-ground pool usually cost $100 to $700. The most common repairs include patching or replacing the vinyl pool liner, fixing plumbing or electrical lines, and repairing pumps, filters, and other equipment.

Depending on the size and type of pool, cleaning services cost about $80 to $150 per month, or $960 to $1,800 per year. Pool maintenance and cleaning services often include:

  • Testing the pH levels of your water

  • Cleaning filters, skimmer baskets, and traps

  • Skimming surface debris from the water

  • Vacuuming the pool

  • Additional cleaning and upkeep
