He assisted us with installation, including providing a recommendation for a crane vendor, who was excellent and reasonably priced.  The vendor was very professional with the total effort and went out of his way to be helpful.  Subsequent contacts with the vendor for service have been excellent.

Rix Pool & Spa Supply Center are great. My husband does all the pool cleaning and setting the chemicals. He had gone to their "Pool School" to learn how to care for the pool, but we do use them twice a year for the opening and closing of the pool. They're very responsive. If I call them up, I get the head of the service department on the phone. I explain my problem to him. If it's something I can fix, he tells me what to do. I take my phone to the pump outside and he'll tell me what to pres. If it's morning and it's something I can't fix, they'll be out there that afternoon. They're really terrific. They do a lot of pools in the area, so they generally will have a truck somewhere in your area, and if they're not totally jammed, they can generally get to you right away.

They do a good job, have friendly employees, and charge a reasonable price.

They come within a couple of weeks and do the service.  There is this one man, who is incredibly honest and when we have a question he gives us an honest opinion.  There is nothing wrong with them, but they are expensive.  They never made mistakes, never tried to upsell anything, but the service was good.

They do a good job.  I have got the pool for over 20 years and there have been problems along the way.  They have been able to solve those problems.  They are very professional and they know their stuff.  They can even fix any difficult problems.  I had a major leak last year.  There was nothing visible.  They came and did some tests and they couldn’t find anything wrong with the pipes.  They said that I needed a diver.  They supplied a diver and he found that there was a leak at the back of one of the underground lights.  I have been very happy with them and I have been using them for about 20 years.
