"WORST MOVE EVER! This was our 9th cross country move. Day 1, packers arrived 5 hours late and only packed for 3 hours. Day 2: Packers got Sharpie Marker on bathroom wall, but wouldn't take responsibility for it. Packers didn?t pack the Master Bathroom, and wouldn't come back into my house to do it. Truck driver packed items. Packers wouldn't come back in to get extra boxes and packing papers. Movers damaged a bedroom doorframe and the hallway wall in 3 different places. Movers were vaping and smoking on the driveway, jumping on our mattresses, lifting weights and dropping them. Our things didn't fit into the moving truck. They threw the leftover items into the Packer's truck. Nothing was tied down, boxes were on a slant. I called the President of the company to seek help. He told me I sounded hysterical, that I "need to know how to work with these people," that his team was the best, and that I was causing the stress. Many of our items did not arrive. I regret choosing this company."

"This is an absolutely horrible company. After our basement was flooded during a storm, I hired them for mitigation work as nonoe of the other mitigation companies are available. They robbed me, charged me 9k for a 200 sqft area clean up. They are unethical, unprofessional and thieves. I wish I rather had my basement rot than get involved with these guys. Hire then at your own peril."
