Sebastian and his crew were awesome. They went above and beyond in taking care of our belongings while still working speedily. I would highly recommend the company and Sebastian and his crew in particular. This was an overall wonderful experience. Nate from the office also followed up several times, including during the move to make sure everything was going well.

The estimate was way lower than what I ended up paying and the move would have gone better if the crew could have stayed off of their cellphones. Boxes were not put where they were marked to go, which has created more work for me and my wife.

On Oct. 25, 2019 a team from Armstrong Relocation moved us from our apartment at Willow Valley to a guest apartment across the road. Then on Nov. 8, 2019 the same team moved us back into our apartment. This team was headed up by Sebastian. When moving us out they carefully padded and wrapped all appropriate furniture. Both moves were done without any breakage or damage. The men were courteous and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We would caution the person in charge, though, to give a little more training to the youngest worker. At times he wasn’t as careful about unwrapping the furniture or keeping the furniture from hitting the newly-painted walls as he could have been. But overall, we found our moving experience to be a very good one and we are thankful to the team who did the moving!

I asked for a quote from this firm to do packing, as a third party was moving me. I was shocked at how non-professional the representative who came to my house presented himself. He was almost insulting. Bottom line is that they called me several days later and said that they were not interested in our business.

Armstrong did a fantastic job moving our family locally. The estimate was thorough and accurate. the estimator was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She provided the estimate in writing that same night. As for the physical move, it could not have gone any smoother. Mike and his crew were punctual, organized, and worked very quickly. We had our kitchen packed and a lot of glassware and fragile china from a hutch packed as well. Everything arrived safely with no damage. When they brought our household items to the new place, they again organized very quickly, was punctual, and everything they took apart (beds, foosball table) was reassembled. I can't say enough good things about how positive of an experience this was for my family. Start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and the price came in less than the estimate!

I had previously only moved from an apartment, and we did not use a moving company at those times. This time, we were moving locally from one house to another. I did not really know what to expect, but everyone that we worked with was so nice and so professional. This was a same day move (out of one house and into another) with both settlements in the afternoon. The move coordinator and the sales rep who came out to give the estimate helped to provide suggestions for cutting down on costs. We were able to move into the home in the morning before settlement, which was great! The truck was completely packed, so luckily we were able to make a few trips with our cars to move some smaller items. The final price came in slightly below the estimate, which is always a nice surprise. It's funny-- we had hesitated to send some items in the truck, and took those items in our cars. Ironically, the the only items that ended up missing pieces etc., were the items that we transported ourselves, which really speaks to the care and professionalism of the moving crew! These guys know their stuff, and they were exceptionally nice and polite. They protected all floors, and and took extra care on a really rainy day. I would totally recommend them, and use them again!

The price and customer service are wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would recommend them for moving within the county of Lancaster or a short distance away. However, I was moving out of state and I have quite a bit of antiques. A lot of my furniture arrived damaged. They also put their inventory stickers right on the top of the antique furniture (instead of on the legs of furniture) which took some of the finish off. I would say if you have beautiful furniture and are moving out of state do not use. If your furniture is not of the antique quality and do not mind it sitting out in a truck for several days and you are not moving far they are a good bet. But I do not recommend them if you are moving a long distance or if your have antiques. You get what you pay for here. The price is right, but it will end up costing you more in having to refurbish your antiques. I have learned my lesson.

It was exceptional! My daughter bought a house and had to move furniture/belongings from our home and her temporary apartment to the house. Movers came to our house first, loaded up, followed me to the second location, loaded up, and then unpacked and moved everything into her house. The movers (Victor, Juan, and Jose) were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They finished the job in less time than estimated. It was in the high 90's that Saturday, but they were cheerful and polite. This is the second time we have used Armstrong, and I would definitely return again should we have need of a mover. Carol, the estimator, was also prompt in coming to the two locations to give us the estimate several weeks prior to the move. Thank you!

This was the best experience with a mover that I've ever had from the office to the appraiser, to the movers on the move day itself. Everyone was courteous and professional. I have never seen movers work so quickly. In fact, they moved me faster for a long distance move than previous companies had moved me locally. And in the end, the final cost was below the estimate. If I ever move again, I will use Armstrong, and I highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking for a smooth, easy moving experience.

They did a really good job and they moved along. They went above and beyond because they could not get our queen sized mattress up the stairs so they actually put them over the porch, so they did a good job in that aspect. But when they got to the box spring they just slid the box spring across the hardwood floor in the bedroom and scratched it. The price was pretty good for a local move.

Out of state moves (or any move that for that matter) can easily go horribly wrong.  Not the case with Armstrong Relocation Services.  I performed 100% of the packing (except for wrapping furniture, etc) and they loaded it and delivered.  They were 1 day late; however, the driver of the truck had an issue in South Carolina and ended up being delayed because of attempting to get it fixed and ended up getting a rental.  I don't fault them for that...that's just life...it happens.
Paul Treier and Linda Weeks handled our move on the admin/logistical side and was always easily accessible for questions either by phone or through email with quick replies and returning calls.  There were no hidden fees and everything was explained in detail to me by Paul.  When the truck broke down, Linda and the driver of the truck was in contact with me letting me know what was going on and the new arrival time.
Everything showed up and nothing damaged.  The driver of the truck and his crew were very careful in both homes and there was no damage to anything.  
I would certainly recommend Paul Treier with Armstrong Relocation Services and ask for Linda Weeks!

I have had several moves and have never been happy with my movers.  So, needless to say, I was very unhappy I had to have a mover at all.  I got their name from Angie's List and they had excellent reviews and were insured.  I got an estimate from them and another mover.  The other mover wanted to charge me almost $2000.00 more, had a deductible on the extra insurance I wanted to take out and kept putting a moving in date within a WEEK of them picking up my furniture.  I was going from PA to Delaware.  I wanted it in the next day.  And apparently they didn't have exclusive use of their trucks and I would have had my stuff loaded in with other peoples.  No way that was going to happen.  I hired Jack Treier and they packed all my things in one day, came back the next day to load and were finished loading by 2pm. And getting up my driveway was no small task.  I lived on the very top of a mountain, up a gravel driveway with "some" turnaround room.  They showed up the day of the move with a 36' truck and a smaller one, just in case they had to shuttle the furniture down to the start of the driveway to the large truck.  I had to close my eyes as he was turning the huge truck around because it scared the h*** out of me.  I have a drop off at the edge of the driveway.  But he did it and I must say, I was impressed.  They didn't need the smaller truck and I wasn't charged anything extra for that even though that wasn't in the original estimate.  The driver just wanted to be absolutely sure the move went smoothly and there weren't any unplanned for surprises, so he brought the extra truck.   The next day they showed up bright and early in DE to unload for me and were done about 1pm.  Everything was delivered in excellent condition, nothing was missing and the three men they had doing the move were EXCEPTIONAL.  The previous owner had left some furniture in my new house and they had no problem moving it around for me and making sure everything was the way I wanted it. They even took her old washer, dryer and stove that she left in the basement and put it out on the curb to be picked up for me.  They were pleasant, polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. As was everyone I dealt with during the move.  I can't say enough good things about them.  And the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
