Timely, good communicator and very reasonable price.

There was a delay in communication but in all fairness it's a busy time of year. Property survey for was completed with markers in time for our closing without any problem or complications.

Steven Kelly was very responsive, and completed the survey and elevation certificates quickly. Surveys were more expensive than expected, but overall a satisfied customer. I would recommend them to others.

I was notified by my mortgage company that I was reclassified into a flood zone and needed an elevation certificate and insurance ASAP. I called Steven R Kelly Professional Land Surveyors and they were able to come the next day to do our house survey. I was very impressed with their timeliness and affordable, from what I was told by other people I know. Highly recommend!

I called this Kelly company on a Tuesday and they did the Survey the following Tuesday at a Terrific price and faster and cheaper than any other survey company. Also emailed me and mailed me 6 additional surveys for under $500.00.

Had a few cancels (without notice) due to weather which I fully understood but I had to call several times to reschedule new dates. Otherwise the outcome and quality was very professional. Everything expected was received. Would use this company again.

Doing an accurate survey is weather dependent so it took a few weeks to get to considering the rain. However, Steve was available to answer my calls or returned messages in a very reasonable timeframe. Two side of my property were very difficult to get into, a giant tree had fallen precisely at one of the points some years ago, but I got an accurate measurement and map.

They did great work and good quality
