Mr. Iglesias and the rest of his team were very professional. They did the work that I had originally contracted them for and when they showed up for the job, I asked about additional work which they were happy to take on and complete to my satisfaction. what was probably a couple hours of work turned into a 8-10 hour day. the finishing work was excellent, the prices were reasonable (I couldn't get some contractors to even come out and quote me for the job and the other ones that did were higher than Mr. Iglesias.) I will definitely use Iglesias Concrete in the future when needed. Excellent work!

The provider was excellent and very conscientious on the quality of his work. He offered suggestions to our ideas and was very approachable and easy to deal with.

After that conversation we just lost interest in the project and the work came to a halt for now

They were very punctual. I called them and got right back to me. He came down after three days and gave me a quote.

Mr. Iglesias is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with! We had some miscommunication when we first spoke regarding a date and time for an estimate to be given. We then agreed upon a new date and time for the estimate. Mr. Iglesias addressed all of my concerns, gave me an excellent price, and had the work completed when he said he would. The work was professionally completed and my yard was cleaned up before they left.

Iglesias concrete gave us several different ways we could build a new stone patio after we replaced our deck. The estimate was custom-tailored to our exact specifications and factored in our questions for both the original deck demolition and a new paver patio. While we have currently put the job on hold, we are seriously considering using Iglesias when we move forward on this project in the next couple months.

He did a great job and I was very satisfied with his work.

Obtained several quotes, including mud-jacking for walkway. Had not decided yet on course of action when Iglesias (whom I had called) came by and -- by mistake, mixing up addresses with another client -- began removing walkway. Of course, I was outraged and insisted on speaking with owner. He was very apologetic and promised to replace walkway at no charge or pay for contractor of my choice. This was very fair and professional and I appreciate that he did not pressure me to have them do the work. He provided and I checked his references and opted to have them do the work. It was done very well, very quickly, and the result was great. After 2 years, it still looks great. My next door neighbor chose Iglesias to do his work as well. Excellent concrete and masonry work. There was a little debris remaining from the tear-out of the old steps and walkway but minor.
