Good afternoon [Member Name Removed], I am sorry and surprised to hear that you were not happy with our services. From reviewing our notes, we were there to inspect the heating equipment for the winter season. During our inspection the part in question, was not in range with the correct electrical current recommended by the manufacture. This tells us that the part is wearing out and can possibly fail. We recommended replacement to help avoid equipment failure during the winter. Cleaning the part helps however; there is a potential chance that the item may fail if it is not tested correctly. We do thank you for your business, the procedures that our heating experts perform are performed per the manufactures requirements. We take pride with the relationships we have with our clients.
